Hipobuy Spreadsheet Guide: A Column-by-Column Walkthrough for New Shoppers

The plain-English walkthrough every new Hipobuy shopper wishes they had on day one.

📅 29 8 月, 2026 ⏱ 3 min read 🏷 Beginner Guide

This Hipobuy Spreadsheet Guide is written for readers who have opened the sheet, felt a little overwhelmed and closed it again. If that describes your last visit, this walkthrough is the reset. In fifteen minutes you will understand every column, decode the note shorthand and know exactly how to save a product to come back to later.

The columns, in order

Every tab uses the same column layout — that consistency is one of the most underrated features. From left to right you will see: row number, product name, reference link, photo folder, price band and seller notes. Understand those six columns and every one of the eleven categories on the Hipobuy Spreadsheet Hub homepage becomes readable at a glance.

Reading the product name

Names in the sheet follow a simple pattern: brand or line, model, colorway. If a row says “BR AF1 Black”, that means Brand → Air Force 1 model → black colorway. Sub-brands and collabs appear in brackets. This shorthand is why the sheet feels dense on first read but becomes fast to scan once you have seen five or six rows.

Photo folders and how to preview safely

The photo-folder column is a link to a small image directory for the product. Since the 2026 refresh, most folders open in a preview panel rather than a bare listing — see the 2026 changes summary for context. Always check the folder before ordering; even good sellers occasionally list a similar variant under one row.

Decoding the notes shorthand

  • TTS — true to size, no adjustment needed.
  • +.5 — the community suggests sizing up half a size.
  • QC ok — quality control passes are usually clean on this row.
  • Slow ship — this seller sometimes takes longer to dispatch (a note for time-sensitive cross-border orders).
  • Hot — a row people are actively ordering this week; expect stock swings.
  • Consolidates — bundles well with other rows for a single cross-border shipment.

A simple save-for-later flow

You do not need a special app. Open the sheet, scan the tab, and copy the row number plus product name into a personal note (Apple Notes, Google Keep, Notion — anything). Then whenever you visit the homepage again you can jump directly to the right tab. For elaborate workflows, the Hipobuy Finds and Product Links guide covers a two-column save format.

Where to go once you understand the columns

Category-first shoppers should dive into the tabs that matter most: the Sneakers tab walkthrough, the Hoodies deep dive or the combined T-Shirts and Jerseys guide. The Hipobuy Spreadsheet and Buy It Now buttons in the site header always route to the live catalog.
